Last Avastar of Series 2

Series 2 of Avastars has ended with Avastar #10199, leading in to Series 3– which means many new traits can be found, but also some of the traits, available only in series 1 & 2 are finished for Primes, and won’t be seen again until you can use Primes to breed Replicants.

Let’s look at some statistics for the first 10,000 Primes (excluding Founders and Exclusives #0-#200)

Locked-in Unique-By-2’s (UBs)

I’ve written a primer on Unique-By scoring — it’s worth understanding how these work and how they change over time, because strategically finding an Avastar with a unique combo of 2 traits (UB2) is a rare thing, and it can also mean that some combos will never be found once those traits have expired:

36 unique combos (UB2s) will never be created after expiring with series 2

For instance, if you search for a Motorcycle Cop with Prune Eyesyou won’t find one, and the Prune eye color expired with Series 2 (as an Uncommon trait).

On the flipside, 125 Avastars are guaranteed to keep at least 1 UB2 combo

Some attentive, possibly S-Rank Bounty Hunters, managed to secure Avastars with 3 UB2s which are locked-in– meaning they’ll never lose them to people finding a similar combo.

3 UB2 combos locked-in

Avastar 9655 — will keep its 3 UB2s forever

2 UB2 combos locked-in

Cyborgs

There are 5 possible Cyborg traits. Ears, Nose (Legendary), Mouth, Facial Feature (Legendary) and Eyes (Legendary).

Finding an Avastar with all 5 of those traits is nearly impossible– about 1 in 5.1 Billion odds. Since the other traits are mostly Epic…

No one has been able to find a 4x Cyborg (with 4 of 5 traits)

This means that the best we’ve found so far are 3x Cyborgs — of which there have been 19 found.

Avastar 5099 — A 3x Cyborg with 2x Legendary Cyborg traits

And within that, the best of the best are 3x Cyborgs where 2 of those traits are legendary

Rarity Count

Another aspect that people search for in Avastars is how many traits are of the same rarity. So if all of the traits are Common, that’s considered a 12x Common Avastar. Since common traits are relatively easy to find, it’s not as rare to find a 12x Common, but a 9x Epic and a 5x Legendary haven’t been found and may never be found.

157 12x Common Avastars have been found so far

Series 2, broke a record with the first 12x Uncommon found:

First 12x Uncommon — Avastar 9899

8x Rare (2) — No new ones since Series 1

8x Epic (2)

4x Legendary (7)

High Score

Avastars scoring 80 or higher are pretty difficult to find, only 19 exist (excluding Founders and Exclusives which were designed, not found).

Highest Score: 88

Highest Score (Female): 86

Avastar 9856, 86 Score–found by StellaCat
My stats dashboard, sharing with S-Rank badge holders — shows some missed UB2s and some left to find…

If you want to get these insights as I find them through Series 3, you should consider grabbing an S-Rank Badge (more to be released after each update to the Bounty Hunter Tool). I’ll be posting more analysis and tips for grabbing UB2s in the private channel for the S-Rank role in the Avastars Discord.
